Construction and design of 5 bedroom and 4.5 bathrooms in a two-flat building. Unit highlights include hardwood floors, Italian wood cabinets, granite countertops, rooftop decks and porcelain back splashes. Units also have in-unit laundry hook-ups, new HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
