Woodlawn Project

Deliverable is a full gut renovation of two adjacent buildings, totaling 20 units. All units are large 2 and 3-bedrooms, providing large living spaces optimal for families or work from home residents. It will feature high end fixtures & finishes, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, exposed brick, in-unit washer / dryer, custom cabinets, and outdoor balcony space.
